In modern times, amid development and industrialization, we have forgotten some of the most fundamental human talents. We rationalize and believe so strongly in data and physical evidence that we ignore our bodies’ warnings.

The key to our potential is understanding that everything, including humans, is energy. We are connected to our souls, each other, and our past and future through energy frequencies. The future workplace succeeds because it orchestrates the energy of both the company and everyone. We must relearn what we once knew and practice new leadership that is sustainable both in the external world and our inner worlds.

Why writing this book and doing what I do?
The book Energetic Leadership and having my own business since 2022 doing keynotes, facilitation, mentoring, and board work is my way of inspiring modern leaders to new leadership and new ways of creating organizations and doing business. It is inspiration and my contribution to a better future for generations to come.

Why writing and working with this topic?
As an intuitive the topic Energetic Leadership has always been relevant, logical, and natural to me. Our industrialized world has forgotten what makes up a whole person, organization, and society. Even I had forgotten my true self buried under learned behavior until I had the courage to listen. I am not the only one – a tsunami of human change is approaching. We, humans, are the disruption. We are waking up!

How do we create organizations built for human beings? (not only human doings)
The way out of the wicked problems:
The way out of the mess we have created is, when we dare to be curious about the future, to understand the trends in depth and its consequences. To learn the new skills and how to master them then we have both the key to our own true potential but also the key to creating healthier organizations and societies. Humans are the key. We must find our gift as Einstein puts it. The gift of energy frequency and our soul. The good thing is that we were masters of energetic leadership a long time ago, so we can unlearn our unhealthy behavior and relearn what we have forgotten. The potential is huge and very reassuring in unpredictable and demanding times like this. Now is the time for leaders to listen, lean in and step up.
