According to a survey by Alignable:
“Eight months into the COVID crisis, Alignable’s most recent poll shows that 34% of small business owners are unable to pay their full rent on time in October.
“Digging deeper into this stressful issue, we found that certain industries are really at a disadvantage when it comes to covering monthly rent. As the chart above shows, these industries include: beauty salons, restaurants, gyms, entertainment, consumer retail, and travel.
“In fact, 46% of beauty salon owners, and 40% of restaurant and gym owners said they couldn’t cover October rent. “
